If you’re a paid<\/strong> GMass subscriber who has already subscribed<\/strong> with a credit card (as opposed to PayPal), you can now change\u00a0your GMass plan on your own<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/em> If you still have a free account, this below method is\u00a0NOT how you subscribe<\/strong>. Please subscribe directly from the Pricing page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Now, if you want to upgrade<\/strong> from a Standard Plan<\/strong> to a Premium Plan<\/strong> to get the auto follow-up feature<\/strong>, you can now do that. Similarly, if you want to downgrade<\/strong> from the Standard Plan<\/strong> to the Minimal Plan with the footer<\/strong>, you can also do that.<\/p>\n

You can also upgrade<\/strong> from an individual subscription to a Team Plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Finally, if you want to switch from a Monthly<\/strong> to an Annual<\/strong> plan, you can also do that.<\/p>\n

How to change your plan if you’re a subscriber<\/h2>\n

You can use our dashboard to easily upgrade or downgrade your plan.<\/p>\n

Go to your dashboard<\/a>, and then click on the My Account<\/strong> section. Here’s a direct link to the “My Account” section<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Adjust your plan and click the “Save Plan”<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Note: The old method for changing plans, which involved composing an email to a specific GMass address, is no longer operational.<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Switching from individual plans to a team plan<\/h2>\n

If you have several individual subscriptions and you want to consolidate to a team plan, then you should:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Decide which account should be the team leader. This will be the account with the power to add\/remove other team members.<\/li>\n
  2. Upgrade the account that you wish to be the team leader to a team plan, using the dashboard<\/a> and the instructions above.<\/li>\n
  3. Cancel<\/a> the individual subscriptions for everyone except the team leader.<\/li>\n
  4. Once the individual subscriptions are cancelled, the team leader can now add those accounts as members of the team through the dashboard<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Important things to know<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. If you have subscribed with PayPal, you cannot use this system<\/span><\/strong> to change your plans. PayPal subscribers will need to login to their PayPal accounts, subscribe to the new plan and cancel their old plan, from within the PayPal interface.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Using this system, you can move between the Minimal, Standard, and Premium Plans<\/strong><\/span>, and you can also switch from Monthly to Annual<\/strong><\/span> billing. You cannot switch from Annual to Monthly<\/strong><\/span> Billing.<\/li>\n
    3. If you are on a Team Plan<\/strong>, you cannot use this tool to downgrade to a non-Team Plan.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    4. If you are on a\u00a0Team Plan<\/strong>, you\u00a0can change the number of users\u00a0in your Team Plan<\/strong><\/span>. Meaning, you can switch from a 5-user Team Plan to a 10-user Team Plan<\/strong><\/span> with this tool.<\/li>\n
    5. You cannot use this method to upgrade from a free account to a paid account<\/span><\/strong>. For that go to the Pricing page<\/a> to subscribe.<\/li>\n
    6. You cannot use this method to cancel a paid subscription<\/span><\/strong>. For that go to the cancellation instructions<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
