How to Access the GMass Dashboard<\/h2>\n
The simple way to reach the GMass dashboard is to\u00a0click the dashboard icon in Gmail<\/b>. It\u2019s the third icon over from the search bar.<\/p>\n

If someone has shared access to their GMass dashboard with you (see the\u00a0My Account<\/strong> section below for how to do that), you’ll have the opportunity to pick which dashboard to view.<\/p>\nThat selection is done on the top right of the dashboard. Your account has a star next to it; any accounts who’ve shared their logins with you can be selected from the dropdown.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\nCampaign Reporting and Management on the GMass Dashboard<\/h2>\n
When you arrive at the GMass dashboard you\u2019ll see\u00a0campaign reporting<\/a>\u00a0for current campaigns. Though there are other places to find GMass campaign reports (including the web-based report, the email report, and the\u00a0Google Sheet(s) connected to your campaign<\/a>), the dashboard is a great way to get high-level overviews of your recent campaigns. And from there, it\u2019s a great place to drill down for more info.<\/p>\nYour dashboard reporting is split into three sections:<\/p>\n
\n- Campaigns<\/b>, which are any campaigns you\u2019re currently running (including recurring campaigns and campaigns with auto follow-ups yet to send) or have previously run.<\/li>\n
- Transactional<\/b>, which are the business-focused\u00a0transactional emails<\/a>\u00a0you\u2019ve sent from your account. (Either with\u00a0GMass\u2019s transactional SMTP service<\/a>\u00a0or by using the\u00a0GMass API<\/a>.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

The Clear button clears text entered in the main search box along with all advanced search fields.<\/p>\n

Each campaign has its own row on the dashboard reporting page. You can see the following data at a quick glance:<\/p>\n
\n- Campaign ID<\/li>\n
- Campaign subject line and date sent<\/li>\n
- Number of recipients<\/li>\n
- Total opens, and open rate<\/li>\n
- Total clicks, and click-through rate<\/li>\n
- Total unsubscribes, and unsubscribe rate<\/li>\n
- Total bounces, and bounce rate<\/li>\n
- Total replies, and reply rate<\/li>\n
- Total blocks, and block rate<\/li>\n
- Total poll voting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
For current campaigns, you\u2019ll also see when recurring campaigns will send next.<\/p>\n
When you click on the stats, a\u00a0fly-out panel will appear from the right side of the screen<\/b>\u00a0showing you specific recipients who opened, clicked, and so on.<\/p>\n
