For example:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"871\">\n<li data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"677\">\n<p data-start=\"581\" data-end=\"677\"><strong>Incorrect email. <\/strong>You subscribed the wrong account and want a refund before subscribing with your correct email.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"677\">\n<p data-start=\"581\" data-end=\"677\"><strong>Plan adjustment. <\/strong>You initially subscribed to a plan that didn\u2019t match your account type (Gmail vs. Google Workspace), were auto-adjusted into the correct plan, and don\u2019t want to keep the higher-priced plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"911\">In those cases, we can usually help.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"913\" data-end=\"1030\">However, if you simply forgot you had an active subscription, it\u2019s unlikely we will be able to grant a full refund. Here\u2019s why:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1877\">\n<li data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1357\">\n<p data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1357\"><strong data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1073\">Subscriptions are ongoing services.<\/strong> GMass provides continuous access to our infrastructure (email sending, servers, tracking, analytics, past campaign templates and data, deliverability features, support), regardless of how often you log in. Even if you didn\u2019t actively use the product in a given month, resources were still allocated to your account.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1616\">\n<p data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1616\"><strong data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1401\">Refunding shifts costs unfairly.<\/strong> Processing payments, maintaining servers, and handling customer support all have real costs. If we refunded every forgotten subscription, it would increase prices for all other users who are actively using GMass.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1877\">\n<p data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1877\"><strong data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1641\">Industry standard.<\/strong> Like virtually all software-as-a-service companies, we treat GMass subscriptions like any other recurring services (e.g. streaming services, cloud storage). For example, if I forget I have a Netflix subscription and don&#8217;t watch any shows for a month, Netflix will not issue me a refund for that month. Responsibility for managing cancellations lies with the subscriber once the free trial\/initial billing period has passed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1879\" data-end=\"2127\">That said, we <em data-start=\"1893\" data-end=\"1897\">do<\/em> review every refund request individually.
