When you do, you\u2019ll get a special address (yournumber@keyword.text.email). But I like to set it up <em>after<\/em>\u00a0so I make sure I know exactly what I\u2019m going to say in the campaign, word-for-word, since I\u2019ll need to pull out a direct quote to make my filter.)<\/p>\n<h2>Step 4: Create Your Gmail Filter<\/h2>\n<p>Now we need to create a search filter around the campaign replies.<\/p>\n<p>In the search bar, <strong>click on the filter icon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gmass.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/textalertreplies-gmailfiltericon.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-4\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gmass.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/textalertreplies-gmailfiltericon.png\" alt=\"Click the filter icon\" width=\"1996\" height=\"306\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<p>In the \u201cHas the words\u201d field, type all or part of your campaign\u2019s subject line or a unique snippet from the body, in quotes.<\/p>\n<p>Filtering can be a little finicky; this is the safest way to make sure the right emails are forwarded.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gmass.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/textalertreplies-createfilterbox.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-5\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gmass.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/textalertreplies-createfilterbox.png\" alt=\"Create your filter\" width=\"1999\" height=\"1173\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<p>Now click the <strong>Create filter<\/strong>\u2026 what is that, a link? It\u2019s not really a button. Click whatever it is.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"forward-your-filtere-ynur\">Forward your filtered emails to your text.email address<\/h3>\n<p>After you\u2019ve confirmed you want to create the filter, you\u2019ll see another window asking you what action you want when a message matches your filter.<\/p>\n<p>We want to <strong>Forward it<\/strong>. Check the box next to <strong>Forward It<\/strong>\u00a0and choose your text.email address from the dropdown.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gmass.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/textalertreplies-filterforward.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-6\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gmass.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/textalertreplies-filterforward.png\" alt=\"Set up filter forwarding\" width=\"1999\" height=\"1349\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<p><em>(If your text.email address isn\u2019t there, make sure you clicked the confirmation link to allow forwarding that you received as a text.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Then click <strong>Create filter<\/strong>.
