Sending a mail merge campaign<\/strong> is\u00a0a powerful\u00a0tool for staying in touch with customers or potential customers, but they still run the risk of being “detected” as a mass email campaign instead of a personalized email campaign.<\/p>\n

That’s because when we normally send\u00a0person-to-person emails, we respond<\/em> to the person’s previous email instead of starting a new<\/em> email thread<\/strong>.\u00a0Pretty much all email campaigns\u00a0you’ve ever seen are sent and received as new<\/em> threads.<\/p>\n

GMass, however, allows you to send an email campaign as a reply<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Today I will show you how you can easily send out an email campaign while having the emails go out as\u00a0replies\u00a0to each person’s email.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

How to Send a New Campaign As Replies<\/h2>\n

1. Go to the Advanced section of the GMass settings box<\/h3>\n

Open up the GMass settings box in your Gmail compose window. Then head down to the Advanced section. The first option is “Send as:” \u2014 toggle that to “Replies.”<\/strong><\/p>\n
