Any of the columns in the spreadsheet can be used to personalize the\u00a0<b>Subject<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<b>Message<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>And\u2026 <strong>you can also personalize the CC and BCC fields<\/strong>. GMass uses the first column of email addresses in a Google Sheet for the \u201cTo\u201d field.<\/li>\n<li><b>The CC and BCC columns are case insensitive.<\/b>\u00a0You can call the columns CC, Cc, cc, BCC, bCC, and so on. Case doesn\u2019t matter. But other words do \u2014 so don\u2019t call the columns something like CCaddresses.<\/li>\n<li id=\"ccbccmultiple\"><b>Include as many emails as you want in the CC and BCC columns.<\/b>\u00a0In the past, GMass was only set up to allow for one CC and one BCC address per email. Now you can include as many addresses as you want for both. And you can separate the emails with a comma, semicolon, space, or any other non-email character.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Now you\u2019re ready for your merge.<\/p>\n<h2>You Can Put Multiple Email Addresses in the CC and BCC Columns of Your Google Sheet to CC\/BCC Multiple People<\/h2>\n<p>One frequent question we get is: Can I put multiple email addresses in the CC and\/or BCC columns of my spreadsheet to CC and\/or BCC multiple people?<\/p>\n<p>The answer is yes, yes you can.<\/p>\n<p>As we demoed in the example above, and you can see in this spreadsheet, you can <b id=\"sending\">include as many email addresses as you want in both the CC and BCC columns<\/b>. I <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gmass.co\/blog\/no-more-fear-preview-your-emails-as-drafts-then-send-them-with-one-click\/\">created drafts<\/a>\u00a0of mine so I could make sure the CC and BCC fields were all set.<\/p>\n<p>And from the drafts, I can see <b id=\"static\">everything matches my spreadsheet<\/b> perfect. (For instance, if you just type addresses into the To field. Or if you\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gmass.co\/features\/gmail-list-builder\">generate lists from a Gmail search<\/a>\u00a0or label.)<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"How to blend \u201cstatic\u201d CCs\/BCCs and mail merge CCs\/BCCs\">How to blend \u201cstatic\u201d CCs\/BCCs and mail merge CCs\/BCCs<\/h3>\n<p>Putting this all together, you\u00a0<i>can<\/i>\u00a0<strong>send emails with both static CCs\/ BCCs and mail merge CCs\/BCCs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For example, let\u2019s say you want to use personalized CCs on every email\u00a0<i>and<\/i>\u00a0CC your manager on all of them as well.<\/p>\n<p>Connect your Google Sheet with the columns of CCs\/BCCs.
