If you\u2019ve subscribed to a Team Plan<\/b>, you\u2019ll want to manage the members of your Team.<\/p>\n

A team plan allows you to subscribe one account that is the \u201cteam leader\u201d and then add accounts to your team, each with the full powers of GMass.<\/p>\n

Team plans can be purchased in packs of 5 users, 10 users, 25 users, 50 users, and 100 users. See pricing<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Managing Your Team Account<\/h2>\n

After you purchase a team account from the GMass pricing page, make sure you have the\u00a0GMass Chrome extension<\/a>\u00a0installed.<\/p>\n

You can\u00a0manage your team in the GMass dashboard<\/b>\u00a0(here\u2019s a\u00a0direct team management link<\/a>\u00a0). You can also get there by clicking the dashboard icon in Gmail\u2026<\/p>\n

Then clicking the settings icon in the dashboard.<\/p>\n

And opening up the My Team section at the bottom of the features.<\/p>\n

Click on the Manage Members link to bring up your page of members.<\/p>\n

Adding new team members<\/h3>\n

To add a team member, type in their address into the\u00a0Add Team Members<\/b>\u00a0box. Then click the\u00a0Add these team members button<\/b>.<\/p>\n

You can also add multiple team members at once.<\/p>\n

Your new team member will now appear in the list.<\/p>\n

And they\u2019ll receive an email letting them know they\u2019re now part of your team plan.<\/p>\n

As you can see here, team members can have the same Google Workspace domain, different Google Workspace domains, or regular Gmail addresses.<\/p>\n

Removing team members<\/h3>\n

You can remove team members by checking the box next to them, then clicking the\u00a0Remove these team members<\/b>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n

Managing Team Campaigns As the Team Leader<\/h2>\n

As the team leader, you can check any of your team members\u2019 campaigns from the GMass dashboard.<\/p>\n
