Typically we do this for one of the following reasons:
- Your sending volume was too high
- Your sending practices were different from what you told us in your written answers about using our SendGrid account
- SendGrid asked us to stop your mail flow due to complaints
While this email notice doesn’t provide you the exact reason, if you would like to know more about our reasoning, feel free to reply to this email.
In the meantime, please consider signing up for an SMTP service yourself and then attaching that service to your GMass account.
Finally, please note that you can still use GMass to send natively through your Gmail account.
