"As a former MailChimp user, Gmass provides a way higher open rate. I believe my open rate was 98.5%. The tool works well. I used auto follow-ups which seemed to have its intended impact. My only comment would be to disable tracking of link opens. This has caused some recipients to get a "suspicious activity" warning. Overall, this tool provides highly personal emails that don't look and feel like a mass email campaign."

Pretty easy to use too, just add the extension, open your spreadsheet with the contacts you want to reach out to, create your email message (with images and attachments, a beauty) and add the fields you want for personalization and instead of hitting send hit GMass...
