Breaking Gmail’s Limits

Google sets daily sending limits of up to 500 emails/day for free gmail.com accounts and up to 2,000 emails/day for paid Google Workspace accounts.

GMass offers two methods to get around those limits to send virtually unlimited daily emails.

Method 1: MultiSend inbox rotation

MultiSend, GMass’s inbox rotation feature, allows you to distribute an email campaign across multiple sending accounts, keeping the send volume low for every account.

Plus only your main sending account needs to be a paid GMass account. (Requires Professional or Team plan.)

Method 2: Using a third-party SMTP server

Connect a third-party SMTP service to GMass and when we detect you’ve hit your Gmail daily limit, we’ll use that service to send the rest of your emails.

Send virtually unlimited daily emails from a single email address using this technique.

What if you don’t want to do either?

That’s ok! By default, when you hit your daily Gmail limit, GMass will pause your campaign and resume sending 24 hours later (once your limit resets).

Deliverability

You need your emails to go to the inbox, not the spam folder. GMass’s suite of deliverability tools helps make that happen.

Email verification

GMass has built-in email verification included in your subscription. Just check a single box on your campaign and GMass will validate every address on your list before sending.

Spam Solver

GMass’s unique and powerful Spam Solver actually measures your campaign’s inbox vs. spam rate by sending it to several test accounts — then gives you tips to improve. Use it before you send every campaign!

Tracking off / custom tracking links

Want to have a link-free email? Turn off open and/or click tracking for a campaign in the GMass settings box.

Or better yet, keep tracking on and set up a custom tracking domain. That ensures your sending reputation isn’t affected by other people.

And with GMass automatically adding SSL to custom tracking domains, you can even get a little deliverability boost.

Authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

Make sure to set up your domain authentication protocols so the mailbox providers know you are who you say you are.

Throttling

Set the speed at which GMass sends your emails, adding pauses between messages, to better mimic a person’s sending cadence.

Spintax

Easily randomize the content in your messages to avoid sending identical or largely identical emails to every recipient using GMass’s spintax feature.

Embedding images

You no longer have to fear using images in cold emails.

Because GMass works natively inside Gmail, you can embed images rather than link to them on a separate server. There’s a real deliverability benefit there.
