What if I use an email address alias when sending GMass messages, i.e. I am log in in G Suite and GMass as domain1.com, but send email as /on behalf of my other G Suite email address of domain2.com, which is added in my G Suite settings as an alias. Which domain should be setup as my branded tracking domain for my GMass tracking, domain1.com or domain2.com?
Either one! It doesn’t matter which domain is on your Tracking Domain – what matters is that it’s your domain and is distinguished from all other GMass users. If you want consistency of domains, then I’d use the domain2.com, since you’re sending with the alias of domain2.
I sent a campaign to about 500 (batch sent 300 one day, remainder the next). Had scheduled a follow up for day 2. When followup started to run, they immediately came back “blocked”…the first 9. GMass attempted to send a total of 20. The next 11 came back as “bounce” from Google (not GMass) saying it was because I was “over my sending limit”. (Which I’m def. not.) I’ve had my Gmail account forever and probably could have even done the 500 at once if I’d wanted.

You can turn off open and click tracking altogether and not use a tracking domain which would be just as if you clicked the regular send button.
I am in the same situation as Kimberly. I sent a campaign to under 400 emails and my GMail account has been basically shut down by GMail since. I paid for your services. You can eliminate this blocking issue by adding a custom tracking domain to your link tracking. The directions are found on this article.
I tried to add a custom tracking domain to my godaddy DNS CNAME page. Not sure if i have done it correctly.

Although Google Apps accounts are officially limited to 2,000 emails per day, we have noticed over time that there are other factors that affect the send limits for an account. Age is a huge factor in this, as Google limit accounts to lower sending capacity until the account establishes its credibility. This is a measure to prevent scammers and spammers from opening accounts and sending at full capacity.

We recommend that in situations like yours, users ‘warm up’ their account by sending smaller campaigns over time to establish a reputation for the account and the domain. We don’t want your behaviors to flag Google’s spam detectors and cause bigger problems for you down the line. The more you use your G Suite to send and receive, the more it garners reputation and sets usage behavior resulting in slowly increasing Google imposed sending limits.

Tracking domains are reviewed manually so it does take a while for us to approve them. But once they have been approved, it will become active on your account in real-time.
I want to see proof of your “deliverability” rates. I bought GMass only because my emails were getting stuck in the promotions tab in gmail recipients and I could not get it to show up in the inbox tab. After all this setting up I still do not see how many of my emails are showing up in the inbox and there is no counter anywhere that proves GMass has the highest deliverability rates around. I also have the same open rate as I do in Aweber with GMass, no difference at all. Where is the proof in your deliverability rates GMass?

Tracking domains are used when you’re using GMass’s open tracking, click tracking, or unsubscribe features, then a “tracking domain” is inserted into your email to allow those features to work. If you’re using open tracking, then an invisible pixel is placed at the bottom of your emails, and the domain referenced is the tracking domain. If you’re click tracking your links, the links are altered so that the GMass server is hit first to record the click, and that’s done by way of the tracking domain. Unless you’ve set up your own custom tracking domain, GMass uses shared tracking domains across accounts. The use of having your own custom tracking domain is so if your emails contain the same tracking domain as the spammer’s emails, then your emails can also get blocked.

Marvin is there time free users can send more than 50 a day? and moreover. I want you to know that since the inception of the Gmass, Gmail seems to be heavy/sluggish in movement. Can you do anything to make it as sharp as before Gmass?
No there is no time limit. You can use the free version of GMass indefinitely.
GMass actually has a very small footprint so it shouldn’t cause any lags or sluggishness with Gmail. Do you have other top-heavy applications installed outside of Google Chrome?

Still, when I look back in: all mail, I see that a large portion, >30%, of 600 validated emails bounced back “not found.” Eventually 15 were blocked in a row prior to gmail announcing 170th email was over sending limit (on old personal account) having sent 250 the day before.

I opened a new email for our small church and sent out 250 emails BEFORE I heard about GMass. All of them were blocked. Then I found out about GMass and sent them out again using Gmass paid version…ALL of them were blocked again.
Once an email is Blocked can I ever send that contact an email again? Do I need to shut down this Gmail account and start over? If it is blocked once does that make the email a “dead” email such that I can never send them anything?
I don’t know how to do all the things you have asked….I contacted my IT person and I’m asking him to see if he can help set up these things you have suggested. But I don’t want to do all of that if my “contact’s email” is no good since it was Blocked.
If an email is blocked, this isn’t something with your account perse but is actually something that’s triggering your recipients’ email server’s filters. Could you try the following?
Try sending to a small list for a test campaign using the same content, then disable click and open tracking to see if your emails are still being blocked. If it is not being blocked, adding a custom tracking domain will greatly improve your deliverability and resolve the blocking issue you’re encountering.

Recently, I have purchased a G- mass subscription and when I’m trying to send emails the majority of the time it is bouncing and getting a block. I RECENTLY HAD A TALK WITH GOOGLE REPRESENTATIVE HE SAIDE THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK YOU ARE PASTING BELOW YOUR EMAIL IS ADDING SOME MORE CONTENT ON ITS OWN AND GETTING MARK IT AS SPAM, I ALSO HAVE a GSUITE SUBSCRIPTION.
I hope you look into this matter why your software is adding your own content marking it as spam.
This is due to the tracking pixel which is added to your emails or the tracking link (if there are any links in your email body) that is used to track your opens and clicks. This is explained in the article above. Adding a custom tracking domain would resolve this.

By the looks of these comments Gmass is not a good program for your business email marketing. i downloaded it but have not upgraded or used it yet. It would be a nightmare not be able to send any emails at all from my business account then waiting for someone to answer a support ticket. I work in the Business Lending field. Not being able to send any emails at all would kill my business.
I am sending a campaign weekly and before it always goes to the primary inbox until now… using spam solver, the results are all are going to the Promotions tab. Can anyone help me with this?
Does Gmass send auto follow-ups if the original email was blocked? I keep getting blocked email notification emails back, I was under the assumption that it won’t send to someone if they blocked the email. If I don’t want the person to receive an email again (and a bounce) should I add them to unsubscribe list?
I don’t understand, what is a tracking domain? Do I need another email account under mydomain.com? Or do I need to get YET another email account under [email protected] (not .com) ?
Then I have to work with 2 email clients/interfaces?
